    Naturally, awareness was pretty low for Apartment List. Especially when your competitor shares 50% of your name, and has Jeff Goldblum in their ads.
    We needed to make an impression with a brand-level idea that would get everyone talking. Or singing.

    HOW DID WE SOLVE IT?

    Getting everything you want is something usually reserved for A-List celebrities – unless you’re renting with Apartment List. The app offered a highly-customisable user experience allowing renters to tap in to their inner diva. Our ad, featuring  rapper ‘Bee Simms’ highlighted that even the most mundane of features can help customers feel like they’re living the A-List lifestyle – while also driving brand recognition to the name.
